at good ol' CAT when I was an F/O. I'm guessing Kallita operates under 121 subpart Q like most bottom feeders, basically no rules internationally, and of course, minimal mx. I have personally been ordered to fly a Kingston turn from MIA by this guy after already flying 8+ domestically. Ended up being over 13 with a tail end ferry MIA - ATL. All of it "legal" and scary.The only saving grace to non-flag nite cargo is that there are relatively few of them. Thoughts and prayers to the families of all involved.

I would probably sneak out of the hospital / hotel in the middle of the night, when the police officer stationed outside my hospital/hotel room was sleeping, and take up refuge in the US Embassy ASAP!
