The French wrongly and rightly prosecute the people who contribute to aviation accidents. The pending trial of the Concorde crash would be in my opinion a wrong prosecution however what if the 2 Kalitta crashes and the USA Jet crash had occured in France. What if it is proven these accidents were caused by the rampant malice and sociopathic lack of concern for life and property that is the playbook of too many cargo airline management scum bags.

Would they be skimping on maintenance, pushing the crews and sacrificing lives in pursuit of the almighty American dollar? I think not. If they knew they could do some serious jail time for intentionally endangering aircraft, crews and people on the ground we would see a very different attitude from these *****s to capitalism.

I say the French aren't wrong some times. I say these aircraft accidents should be investigated and if proven through fair trial that criminal intent was involved in the operation of the aircraft, nail the sons of b*tches that run these places to the bloody wall. Maybe then, cargo crews might get treated like humans and not kicked day in and day out like dogs in the street.
