I flew with Don and he was a lot of fun to go to work with. He was excited about the line of LSA aircraft that he was selling and I could tell he enjoyed working with them immensely.
He will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Don's family.

LANDINGS.COM report of plane crash
Don Langford, 61, of Huntsville, and Anthony Kane Baker, 65, of Palm Beach, Fla., were on a training flight in a light sport amphibious airplane that Langford had sold to Baker when it crashed into the river about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Limestone County. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash, but attempts to get information from the agency Thursday were unsuccessful.
Rex Davis, a pilot and longtime friend of Langford's, said the Langford and Baker spent several hours in training flights Tuesday in the Colyear S100 plane imported from Spain.
Langford told Davis in a telephone conversation Tuesday night that Baker had done an "excellent job" during the training sessions although Baker had not piloted a plane in about two years.
Baker was the pilot for "several touch and go" maneuvers on the river Wednesday morning, Davis said Langford told him in a telephone call about 30 minutes before the crash.
"Mr. Baker was most likely piloting" the plane when it crashed, Davis said.
The training sessions were based out of Pryor Field, where Langford operated LSA Aero, selling small aircraft.
