Default FDX Deadhead question

On a backend DH, if the scheduled flight was supposed to get into MEM 30 mins earlier than it actually did, should we be getting overage in that case? With that in mind, what if we use a company JS the night before instead of the commercial flight? Should be still rate overage if it is due us even though we weren't on the flight? Where can I look this up in the contract...I haven't found it in the past 2 hours that I've been looking.

Thanks

I believe this is another one that we lost in grievance. If one(1) of the crew is on the scheduled DH, and it is delayed...Then the trip must be revised, for the entire crew. If no one from that trip is on the scheduled D/H, then it won't be revised.

But, call contract enforcement, for a more definitive answer..

This is true! I made my FO a hundred and some bucks a couple months ago by taking the scheduled DH back to MEM.

Backend DH STL-MEM. He lived in STL, I was on RSV. Weather in and around STL casued about a 5hr delay. I got into MEM about 5.5 hrs after scheduled. I called CRS, as required per the CBA on a reserved trip. They had nothing for me, of course, but I asked to revise the pairing to reflect the actuasl arrival time! Voila, more $$ for my FO and more leveling pour moi!

Yep, Yep, Yep
Backend DH HNL-MEM, 4 hour mechanical delay in HNL. 4 hours became 6+ hours for the revised connection in DFW and draft pay awarded because we went more than 2 hours into scheduled time off. But you gotta call CRS and get them to revise the pairing.
