FedEx mgmt offer details
All sections of the current contract would remain completely unchanged except for compensation:
1. Signing bonus based on duration of agreement
3 Years: $6,000/$10,000/$20,000 (0-5 years/5-15/15+ seniority)
4 Years: $10,000/$15,000/$30,000 (")
5 Years: $19,000/$25,000/$40,000 (")
[If pilots accept 4- or 5-year offer, 1/2 bonus paid on DOS; 1/2 paid on the 1-year anniversary date of bonus]
2. Raise
3% raise upon signing; 3% raise per year of agreement.
FedEx is holding the offer open until Tuesday, May 31, 2005.
