Default Where to get bag tags made in ICN/Seoul?

Anyone have the directions/name/info on where to go to get the currency pouch purse with the names embroidered on each pouch and the bag tags?

These aren't very accurate but I'll give it a stab:

Ride the Hilton bus to Itaewon. Get off, cross to the other side of the street and turn right. Quickly, you'll come to a corner where an alleyway hits the main road, flanked by a baggage shop. Look for stairs leading down to an underground market and go down. You'll find the bag tag guy by his airline paraphenalia.

Vague but should get you there. BTW these are from Millenium Hilton drop off. (FDX hotel)

I think the place is called "Friendly Embroidery" He is in Itawan (sp?) The hotel bus should drop you off at the McDonalds. If you go left up the street on the same side as McDonalds, you will see a building marked "The Bag Man". This building is just a couple of buildings up from the McDonalds.

The embroidery shop is in the basement of "The Bag Man" building. BTW you want the building marked "The Bag Man" not "The Bag Man II". Go in the front of the building, walk straight about 50ft, make a left and go into the basement. You should then see what you are looking for.

:-)

He moved from "The Underground Market" to "The Bag Man" building about a month ago.

make sure to have him embroider "no money in here" "no atik dini" so your bag will survive the Subic hub turn

I usually go to a guy across from the bus stop, and down the alley on the right. The sign says, "Mr. Name on Hat" ... no kidding. Good guy, speaks OK English, reasonable prices

From the Millenium Hilton Hotel shuttle bus drop-off point, walk 10 yards to a cross-walk and cross the street. While you're waiting for the traffic light, you can look across the street and spot the entrance to the Underground where Mr. Kim has his shop. Looking across the street, at 12:15 on your bogey watch, you'll see an alley lined with various shops, predominantly bags. On the left corner of that alley, you'll see a bright yellow sign that marks the stairs to the basement - INTERNATIONAL ARCADE. That's where you'll want to go.

After crossing the street, walk about 10 yards to your right, and just before the alley, head down the stairs. When you enter the basement arcade, look to your left and you can't miss him. His stall is the second on the left and is adorned with tags, keychains, hats, change pouches, and more.

I'll bet you could e-mail your order and he'd have it ready to pick up.

Or, you can order in person and wait 10 minutes.

A note on the back of his business card says he's closed every second and fourth Wednesday.
