Can anyone shed some light on the NW 747-200 cargo ops status?

Are they planning on running it after the merger? Scaling back? Or getting rid of it? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I heard that NW is re-engining their 747-200s. As far as info about what NW Cargo will be after the merger, I have no idea. DAL Cargo perhaps? They've been downsizing recently, havent they?

You have to wonder how their (NWA) loads will look after Atlas/Polar starts flying the DHL freight in the Pacific. With Asia freight down 6% already it could be a huge hit.
