Has anyone heard of a lawsuit by some crewmembers against the union for failure to support them in a battle for HKG Capt passover pay from the big DC10 excess bid?

not sure..but i know there is one out there challenging ageny shop by a group of our pilots!....i may join that one if DW sticks around...

Why would there be a lawsuit? The rules are clear so either they qualify or they don't.

Union legal backing them up or not should be irrelevent.
