avoided last night...traded this morning one long trip for multiple ones...approved in 5 minutes....nice !

So you're saying that if they never changed the age requirement, and everyone over 60 had left the property, than 30fromthebottom would be more in control of his schedule? I always thought it was the number below you, rather than the number above that was important.
