Anyone locked out of FDX open time yet?
 

Has anyone actually been locked out of open time yet? I'm just wondering what the magical number is for time frame and number of refreshes before a lockout is triggered.

is there even anyone in there processing trip trades/drops? I haven't seen a single trip drop yet after 40 mins!

You hit the nail on the head.

Anyone refreshing too much is doing so because some scheduler is watching TV and ignoring the trip trade requests. I've had them sit on my requests for up to 5 or 6 hours during a slow period.

I'd like to see someone treat the infection rather than the symptoms. Trip dropping/trading needs a paradigm shift.

No Kidding. Nothing yet for me either only 45 minutes later. Is there anyone home? Anyone else notice that VIPS time may be a little behind actual time. I've noticed the last two months that every clock I have is on time but I'm always early for VIPS.

I hope I don't get locked out just as I need to pick up a trip:)

I think his point was that perhaps if you called them, and mentioned that you were awaiting a trip trade request, that they might get on the stick and process them.

Not locked out but....
 

So, I put in a couple of requests to trade a trip -- denied insufficent reserves and/or drop the trip. So, when I refreshed a little bit later, they permitted someone else to drop a trip with a similar footprint. I resubmitted my request and it was denied.

Prior to the first submissions, I was well within the "Max Open Time" and now that the last trip drop was approved, that is no longer the situation.

Makes one go hmmmmm.....

Sounds like you have made a few friends over there........
