Last peak (maybe the one before that?) JL put out an email saying that the Kalitta birds were contracted by the USPS for their extra holiday lift requirements to input into our system. He said we have no say in their using said companies to move their own mail. He kind of phrased it in a way to try to prevent, in advance, the APC scope violation chatter. Seems like a good idea in retrospect?
Maybe our union reps can pipe in with the Scope Committee's response here?
