Blacklisting?

:) Hello,

How do you download an applicants life history on the web as you stated?

In the aviation business, or any business for that matter one needs to stand up for what is right, or get walked over by management! The whimps out there go along with everything as they don't have a mind of their own.

Thanks

Blacklisting?

:) Hello,

The Blacklisting that I am referring to concerns the buddy buddy scenario that exists between employers who badmouth you behind closed doors because you have the courage to speak up!

Example: The fuel leak that you found on preflight
is no big deal as we'll repair it when you return? Ever seen a faucett that stops leaking? Ever seen a skydrol leak that repairs itself at FL 350? Ever seen a fuel leak that goes away? Ever seen a pneumatic leak that seals itself?

Or the cracked windshield that is no big deal? Antiskid system that is unreliable with the result being blown tires with a brake fire!

Pencil whipping by Maintenance! Ask the dirtbag outfits to disclose same! Ha! Weak Captains who are afraid to speak up for fear of repercussions from Management! ( Tradewinds) ( Amerijet) ( Arrow) ( Kalitta) ( Ryan)

Second officers who look the other way when they see something of a safety significance, or who do not know what to look for in the first place!

Watch your backs Guys & Gals!
