Default FxCal/FxBidLite update and download issues.

FxCal issues:
APP UPDATES: ALL need running 4.9.0 or 4.9.1. The old file that defines company bid months went out of date on Dec 1. So if FxCal crashes as soon as you open it, please update to the current version.

DOWNLOADS: Some folks are unable to download 4.9.0 or 4.9.1. It just lists the app with no option to buy or no option to download. Please check your age restrictions for apps. Apple revised their definitions and added some additional questions for developers. Does your app have unrestricted access to the internet? The browser in the iPad version can go anywhere, so I said yes. FxCal went from 4+ to 17+. Not an issue unless you have restrictions on your device. And Apple does not give the user any clue as to why the app will not download.

COMING SOON:
An iPhone 6 plus version that is easy to use single handed in portrait and killer in landscape. So if you are on the fence as to which new iPhone to purchase, or can still hand your 6 down to another family member…

Accepted fares for bidding.

P.S.
Sorry for the spelling in the thread title. Could not find a way to edit. MOD help please?
