The update to 1.37 will fix the crash on login issue that 1.36 introduced for some people. If you had no issues with 1.36 you should avoid updating to 1.37 (turn off auto-app updates temporarily), and update to 1.38 when it is released (in the next 2 days).
If you update to 1.37 and you are getting an "incorrect password" alert, without ever being asked to enter your password, you can still log in via the web view. Once you've logged in via the web view, your session will be active for download bid packs, open time, etc.
1.38 Fixes both of these issues, and there will be no incompatibilities with 1.36 or 1.37, so do the update when it comes out. As long as you have 1.36 or greater, rest assured there will be no need to delete the app to do the update (in other words, you can start your bid and the update will not affect it).
Sorry for the trouble, and 1.38 will be out as soon as Apple approves it.

Not sure if this is the right place, but here's to a slight thread revival.
I've attempted to trip trade in BidX ME for the last month with zero success. I select the trip I'm currently assigned, then select the trip I want. The program does the math for me on the change correctly. Then I try to trade the trip, and every time I get an error instead of a reference number.
I've tried it every different way I can think. Is there a trick that I'm missing on how to make this work? I end up logging into VIPS and submitting the trade that way, and it goes through with the reference number.
Does BidX ME do trip trades? Thanks in advance for any pointers.
