I don't know, I'm still all hung up about viperdriver's purple shorts!

At my interview (12) we all looked the same, dark blue suits, red ties, etc. There were a couple of black and one dark grey suit. Did not see any brown suits and frankly I doubt you'd score any "'brownie points"
by wearing one. You want to look like a regular, boring pilot.
A few years ago I went to an AIR Inc seminar where one pilot actually asked the UPS recruiter the very same question - should I be wearing a brown suit to my interview?
The recruiter (BT - has now retired) “half jokingly" replied “well, if you like to stand out, by all means go ahead... but we prefer people who stand out to us with their resumes as opposed to their cloths…”
I’m paraphrasing here but I think you’re getting the gist of it…
