Come on guys --- you have put out some ABSOLUTELY great COMM the past 6-7 weeks --- full of details, explanations and even links to source documents on the ALPA website.
...but, this one just generates some immediate questions that should/could have been answered succintly in this e-mail.
Perhaps the response will be "we just needed to get something out before open time releases" --- with more details by the end of the week.

I agree, I think it will be forthcoming from the Neg. Committee, as it should be. I think the purpose was to get the fact out to the HKG guys in time for the opening of open time tommorow. In this case "what was fixed" is subordinate to letting the crew force know you can for these trips. IMHO
