I really think all the acronym and military leadership bashing is way off base here at FedEx.
A second hand quote from our SCP "O" : " This FDA in the LOA will be the most senior TDY assignment you've ever seen."
On a more serious note, I have no problem with the terms for now. Because, anyone who has followed litigious efforts after an accident knows it's going to be a windfall for lawyers.
