Dont complain. The same guy who got hired when I did here at UPS is light years ahead. Almost 20% ahead in Seniority. We move up around 20 to 30 a year! I will soon be a FO here instead of the Wasting three to four days a month commuting to Alaska. While a Wide body Captain there. 1994 Hire.

Sadly, much of the movement is because of deaths, not retirements.

The way they are working us now, I expect those numbers to increase in the years to come.

More likely they were fired or lost their medical.
