Four pilots walking AWAY from an aircraft. All with HATS. Foreshadowing, symbolism?

Nope....just OR and 3 of his ACP's walking around on the ramp looking for this thing they heard about called an "aeroplane". They heard these things can actually fly.

I "heard" one of them was the new ANC ACP. While walking around w/the SCP he saw one w/winglets and said "hey which one is that?"

They were doing a ramp inspection to check everyone's uniforms. To promote safety, of course.

You don't think they would be headed TOWARD the plane as if they're just going out to fly, do you?

Didn't you people read the magazine? Leadership people! Learn it, live it, love it.

Grab your hats and fall in. Close order drill followed by group PT.

Good lord man. You don't learn to be a leader because your seniority number got high enough to hold Capt. I've got news for ya - often the guy in charge and the best leader in a cockpit ain't the same dude.

I think maybe the SCP's editorial should have focused more on CRM and getting the most out of everyone as a crew, and a bit less on pressing dudes who may or may not possess any leadership skills to use whatever blunt instruments they may be operating with.
