Mod Note:

This 2009 thread was inexplicably revived. I have no problem if the post that restarted a thread has value added, but if it simply rehashes old questions, it just means you're beating a lame horse. Grandpa used to shoot his lame horse. It was the only ethical and moral and humane thing to do.
