From what I hear . . .
Kalitta Charters Learjet. PIC selected bleeds off to keep airplane cooler (??) and forgot to turn them back on.
I guess it wasn't their day to die.

Wow!!

Any idea about when this happened?? What alerter was going off in the background... Cabin Alt??

Yes, that is the cabin alerter, quick frequency of the alarm gives it away. Overspeed is similar, but has a longer tone, if that makes sense. Any idea what type of lear?

Amazing how quick he came back after descending and good job from the controller to recognize the problem. Nice save.

A friend of mine is friends with the D-Side controller on this incident. She was the one that pointed out the hypoxia. Scary tape, none the less.

so...are they gonna have some paperwork to do? It seemed like after they got back to normal they just got handed off and sent on their merry way. I would prob lose my job( if I had one)
