Just wait, FedEx will spend twice as much appealing all the awards and probably end up winning. Ask anyone in the FCH suit how winning a jury award works against FedEx ! If not, it is still an insignificant dollar amount when the Company is over 30 billion in annual revenue. Heck they got a 1 billion line of credit in 98' to fight us and I think the stock reached new highs and split about that time.
