Be confident that all is noticed by those who count. You are either for us or again' us.

It could be a slight help in the 4a2b grievance at least from the standpoint that the company would have to explain how they are overmanned, yet forced to draft in order to fill the required flying.

Company won't have to explain anything! All of this is "after the fact" in regards to the grievance. Both sides have presented all they can to the arbitrator and it is now in his/her hands. Can't see how any of this is going to help now.

Maybe we should have waited/delayed presenting our side of the grievance until now!

Passed on a $16,000 draft trip last night. :p

Wife was not happy..."We could use that money!!"

I told her if she was worried about money..."GO GET A JOB!!!"

Funny, how that was the end of the conversation.

P.S. Of, course the trip was picked up by a non-member. 5192/01 A300CAP

Question from the unwashed masses

Is there a mechanisum in your CBA that requires the company to notify the union each time they DRAFT or involuntary assign someone to a trip?

If not, why not?

Information is power...

Good luck in your quest to exit 4a2b

I flew with that captain a few years ago. He took out a photo of his Lamborghini and put it up in his chart clip as if it was his kid. What a joke. At least he can make those car payments with this trip...

Exactly. Fedex is always two steps ahead of us. I am tired of it. I think at alpa we get the night college grads.
