Default Training buffer?

Ok... I screwed up. I forgot to bid for training in January, and the schedulers, in their infinite helpfulness put my training on top of a 45 hour trip, leaving me about 15 hours of pay for January. So... I know I can go into the CIC window to try and recoup some of the CHs. My question is, how close can I have a trip to my training? Is it 8 hours from block-in to the start of ground school? 9 hours?

I looked in the contract, but couldn't find the answer.

Thanks...

P.S. Don't worry, in light of 4a2b, I'm willing to leave some CHs for CRS to figure out how to get flown, I just want to get back 20-30 hours of the 45...

I'm pretty sure that it is 12 hrs, but I do not have time to look for it.
