I dropped 10 of 19 days this month so my Adjusted RLG is about 36 (9*4) - but the RLG for my fleet remains at 78.
Does this mean that even if I fly 60 hours on those 10 days I still don't get any extra pay since I haven't met the fleet RLG? I noticed that even after meeting a 75% target of my adjusted RLG (>27 hrs) I still don't get dropped to the bottom of the list as expected so I'm guessing it's virtually impossible to get paid extra even if I'm flown every day?
Thanks.

According to 4.H.7 of the contract, you won't get 150% pay until you reach the BLG of your fleet...yes, it says "fleet" not "seat." So, who knows how they would work with differing RLG's (more ammo for our grievance...intent was never to split RLG's/BLG's among seats...but, I digress).
Lastly, according to 25.M.1.h, you should be removed from the rest of your R-days once you have reached your RLG...

You owe the company 36CH and change based on you adjusted RLG. Any reverse hours flown greater than adjusted RLG are paid at 100%. Once you go over your adjusted RLG the remain R-days will be drops. Any R-days flown beyond RLG (ie assigned long trip) paid at 150%
