Yeah, I'm sure that's what will happen. The sky is falling, the sky is falling...not until 2018 at least.

Or as said here:

American Labor Unions Continue Long Tradition Of Screwing Over The Next Generation Of Workers

This could be the working title of Flying the Line Vol III.

FDXLAG, The big picture is the me generation, Big Unions are just a part of that right now. The spin has finally unwound and can be seen for what it is. Give it to us now and when you get here it will be for you don't be so shortsighted. Let your grandkids pay for it.

I'm not sure that provision will pass constitutional challenges. Been hearing many pundits and constitutional lawyers/retired judges etc on the news channels and internet saying that this probably violates the equal protection under the law amendment---so it may not hold up---and collectively bargained employees may have to end up paying it.

Does anyone know if the FedEx plan goes over the 24K per family threshold?

The whole health care "reform" doesnt pass the constitutional smell test. Nor does half of the things that the federal govt does. But, that hasnt stopped them yet!

There's no way this passes the equal protection clause. What this is all about is; say and do whatever you have to to get the votes. Let the judges later say it is unconstitutional, then make the unions pay the same as everyone else. Keep sending in that ALPA PAC money.
