Default Customer Service?

"boxes don't complain, you only have 2 people to criticize your flying 3 if you are in a dc-10 or 727 etc., don't have to answer crazy questions you know the rest...."

That's being a freight dawg. Very general question. Either you fly Caravan's or Lear's for Airnet or big jets for UPS or Fedex do you have to deal with customers at all? Or is it a job with no customers AT ALL to worry about?

Rarely, in the direct conduct of my job, unless you consider when I'm deadheading or jumpseating on a pax carrier! We should ALWAYS worry about the customers, its their junk in the back that ultimately pays my paycheck!
