Not sure what you mean, but sure, Indian women are yummy (when properly bathed), not my favorite brand of brown girl, still yummy nonetheless. I just don't want to find them on the other end of my customer service call when I need to speak to someone in my language with a bit of a clue as to the product with which they are supposed to be helping me.
That would apply if I were an Indian expecting to be talking to someone in Mumbai or a Ecuadorian expecting someone to be picking up the phone in Quito.
The clip is supposed to be humor.....granted, not a brand for all, but it's still just this guy's schtick. The sad thing that makes it funny is that he's right. We get ripped off by companies who outsource customer service....I defy you show me someone who actually prefers the service they receive from an outsourced entity.

Nothing intended. Just an observation.

And yes, you are right. Companies are outsourcing b/c of the windfall profits that they are making. Which would you rather do, pay Billy Bob $12/hr, provide health coverage, pay into SS and other programs OR pay Simi (who by the way has changed his or her name to an English name...such as Bill or Barbara) $4/hr and no health coverage.
