It's not a QC. World has been running a flight IAH-LAD for an Angolian oil company. They wanted a bigger plane so they would not have to stop and bought 2 400s. Then they found someone to fly the planes for them. It's a mainly business class layout. It's not a real airline flight that anyone can buy a ticket on. Think of it more like a corporate shuttle 747.

This is the contract that Atlas have taken over from World, who have been doing IAH-LAD for many years with MD-11ER's. Nice looking machine. I presume the SG suffix instead of the usual MC stands for "Sonair Group"?

Here is an article, the pax stuff is about a quarter of the way down:

The UPS Way | Airliners.net
I remember being in the terminal at Cancun waiting for my return vacation flight to LGW during that period and seeing a UPS '27 loading up with pax going to PHL (?)

Saw that jet at JFK the other day. It's sharp-looking in person.

What happened to the UPS flight attendants? Did they just terminate them, like FDX did to theirs?

I just saw the jet in IAH yesterday. Looked beautiful. Good luck with your pax services.

I'm pretty sure they were let go. I knew a few Former UPS FAs when I was at Pace.
