FedEx-need truth or rumors

I haven't been to MEM since early March and I have been out of the FedEx loop for a couple of months and need updates on rumors.
1. What is up with the Europe base? Which aircraft? How many pilots?
2. When does the 757 start flying Europe? This is going to be MEM trips with DH and not a 757 SIBA, right? What does this mean for the bus flying in Europe?
3. Is the long range plan to get rid of the MD11? I heard that eventually we will be mostly 777 and 757. Anyone hear anything like that?

1. "Going to happen" but that was also said about CDG. Who knows for sure? Latest is Cologne. It would be the 75.
2. The first 75 trip is a carry over trip from Jul to Aug. It will be part of the bidpack - no SIBA bid - but it will be DH's. (The operating city plan for August is BCN-CDG (Barcelona-Paris); September BSL-CDG (Basel-Paris); October BUD-VIE-CDG (Budapest-Vienna-Paris).
