I think you meant to say "the company is irresponsible at times", otherwise it sounds as if you're owning up to your own occasional irresponsibility...Are you sure this isn't another slip?

To say that I personally never have a moment of irresponsibility is the biggest load of horse crap. We all do, its a matter if you can own that. I can... I am not perfect by any means, nor is the company, nor are crew members. That truely is my point. Own it... understand that you will continue to make irresponsible choices at times. You may not mean to, but its going to happen. To sit high and mighty and think you wont, just proves my point.

Wrong...the very definition of irresponsibility implies some intentional abdication of duty, and that you actually mean to do it even though you know it's wrong. A mistake is when you don't realize you have made an error...like you just did. Either way friend...you gotta own it. ;)

errr...
ir·re·spon·si·ble adj \ˌir-i-ˈspän(t)-sə-bəl\
Definition of IRRESPONSIBLE

: not responsible: as a : not answerable to higher authority <an irresponsible dictatorship> b : said or done with no sense of responsibility <irresponsible accusations> c : lacking a sense of responsibility

this is per good ole Merriam Webster and I am not seeing anything about "intentional abdication of duty" ...:p

Maybe if you defined responsible or responsiblity you would have stumbled onto this page in your quest...

Accepting Personal Responsibility | LIVESTRONG.COM

I believe if you read through this article, you will learn that an individual does indeed make a personal and intentional choice to be irresponsible. You can accept it or not...if not, I suggest you read the article a little more closely...and good luck with accepting some personal responsibility in the future. You seem a bit obstinate on the subject, but I have high hopes for you. :)
