I was having the same trouble. Have you gone in and manually entered your eGrid numbers and letters into BidX?

Are you using Mac or PC? I have a Mac so after opening BidX, from the top menu bar click on BidX, and then select Preferences, click on the eGrid icon and then manually enter your info.

PT, I'm using a mac and am doing the steps you asked about, just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I stii get status 200, error #1

I just figured it out, I had the password wrong due to caps lock on when entering the grid, and I never re-entered it until now. Sometimes its an easy fix if you can figure it out.

Just to make it a bit easier; eGrid isn't case sensitive. No need to use Shift or Caps Lock.

Having trouble signing on using Bidx. I filled out the grid and Ser#. The password is correct but keep getting error code #7. Now I can no longer go into preferences, when I do it freezes up. Help please.

Reset preferences and did it again, works fine now....I think it was user error.
