I've been unable to log on with BidX. I keep getting status code 200, error #1 each time I try. I have the latest program version out today and I've checked the grid multiple times, I'm sure it's correct. Is there some setting I'm not complying with? Any ideas appreciated. Thanks
Are you using Mac or PC? I have a Mac so after opening BidX, from the top menu bar click on BidX, and then select Preferences, click on the eGrid icon and then manually enter your info.

Just to make it a bit easier; eGrid isn't case sensitive. No need to use Shift or Caps Lock.

Reset preferences and did it again, works fine now....I think it was user error.
