EVA has some codeshare agreements with different airlines but a lot of them are route specific. Their sight isn't too user friendly but in the search field do a search for codeshare and the airline you want. On the AA website do a EVA codeshare search and it will give you the specifics. Hope this helps

How am I supposed to enjoy a 13 hour First Class flight if I know it's all for naught (no points)???

I will gladly trade you my FF miles from my coach seat here at brand x for your first class seat with no miles! :D

Recently flew on OZ. The ticket counter lady put in my UAL FF number but said she wasn't sure it would get me credit. Perhaps she was nice enough to do it as I'm StarAlliance Gold?
(Amazing how different they treat you when you have Gold on StarAlliance. I know, its not that special, you just get treated much better than if you don't have any status.)

While on the topic of FF miles. Anyone know what U.S. airlines code share with EVA Airlines? I looked on AA and UAL's website and no mention of earning miles while flying EVA.

FR8TFLYER, unless it's changed in the last 6 months, you can earn AAdvantage miles on EVA if you purchase a ticket with an AA flight number.
