I haven't been there in a while, but it has everything you need. It's located on 1st floor, go past GOC. They give you some free visits to check it out. After that I think you can get a package deal for $4 per visit. Bring your ID.

there is a room in the AOC with air hockey tables and maps. why not turn that into a gym? you could get in a workout during a hubturn. theres showers right down the hall.
