I believe the company may be looking at making this happen for us, so I'd definitely save my money on that app for now.

Thanks for all the great tips, especially the EFB related ones! Always enjoy getting a good laugh no matter what the topic is on the forum!
Company will probably issue Ipad since I just purchased one.
Thanks again will try to replicate the process.

From what I heard, you'll be soon be able to trade in the laptop, the company got you, for a new iPad. I can't wait.

I have looked at the LIDO charts (we use Jepp) and am wondering what you think of LIDO. Does it compare to Jepp charts? Better worse?

Here's the same procedure with more of an explanation of how to save the file. When the LIDO chart displays in the web page, you will see "Open in..." appear in a grey button in the top right corner on the web page (if it disappears, just tap in the center of the chart and it will reappear). Tap "Open in..." and select GoodReader or your PDF viewer of choice. It will save it to that app with a weird name, but you only have to rename it.
