A380 payrates
 

A380 payrates are out too.

Looks like top end 15 year pay is Widebody pay + 7% for the 380.:rolleyes:

Training pay did go up to 4+30 a day.................

Someone out there have the actual figures? You shouldn't be teasing like that, sandman- first with your Avatar and theh by withholding some numbers from us ;)

Here's the top end 15 yr A380 payrates......

Disruption pay now is for MU as well as SWP or AST...

Lots of little tweaks to work rules to fix some "annoyances..."

Appears both reserve and open time are going to be a bit more transparent as well...

Don't claim to be smart enough to undertand ALL the ramifications, but seems like lots of moves in a better direction.
