A380 payrates
A380 payrates are out too.
Looks like top end 15 year pay is Widebody pay + 7% for the 380.
Training pay did go up to 4+30 a day.................

2. Hourly Pay in Effect at DOS + 1 year

3. Hourly Pay in Effect at DOS + 2 years

Nice bonus/retro...
7% B-fund...
Disruption pay now is for MU as well as SWP or AST...
Lots of little tweaks to work rules to fix some "annoyances..."
Appears both reserve and open time are going to be a bit more transparent as well...
Don't claim to be smart enough to undertand ALL the ramifications, but seems like lots of moves in a better direction.
