boys,,,here is how alot of us think, on the line its gonna be done...#1..scope( the major section) and 2 other smaller sections are in the hands of Richard Kasher(arbitrator),, once he rules on these sections,,,scope being the biggest part...thats when the 767 `s will come out....the company is waiting to see if they can start an alter ego, sub-par pay, non union airline(TITAN) or if they will have to keep it on the master seniority list. we on the line have heard every rumor and probably believe its true...but with no SCOPE,, its like ****sing in the wind.....they will just move assets to another holding company if things dont go their way......blah blah blah,,some ol same ol stuff every other airline management plays...lets just wait and see what Kasher has to say...should be soon.....very skeptical......

also dont forget they have pitted atlas/polar against each other for a long time now(growth, open time..blah blah blah) so dont think even for 1 sec, if we lose scope from Kasher, they wont transfer all flying to another holding company and hack the hell out of the master seniority list......were dealing with true MONEY men..remember that.......

But an email was just sent out announcing the B767 bid for "approximately 20 JFK based Captain and 24 First Officer position vacancies on the B767 fleet type in support of passenger operations".
