The pool might dry up soon, we just awarded 20 new 767 captain vacancies, and will add 10 more captains for the 767 by the end of this month, so we'll need at least 36 FO's for the 767.

Well, I got the bad Fed Ex letter yesterday. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has contributed to this and the famous 170 page thread for all of the great information. Even though I didn't get to where I wanted to end up I still have the utmost respect for the way the interview process worked from start to finish.
Can anyone tell me when I can reapply? It didn't state any info about that in the rejection letter. Also, do they appreciate a reapllication or do they pretty much think once through things aren't going to change. I know those are somewhat vague questions, just would really like to try again. |
DB told me you have to wait a year from your rejection to reapply. but that may have changed. she was head of HR but that may have changed??????

Has anynone had success on their second try? I have a friend who didn't make the cut last year and is trying again.

I reapplied before I was picked up at K4 and heard nothing in return.

Having said that, Delta is the only airline that is "one and done" to my knowledge. |
