Default EMEA - Do you have to move your family ?

I tried to look at the EMEA agreement per the FCIF - only found the Move request. It had a statement regarding full move or just Crash Pad.

This has got me wondering.....are we still required to move entire family to CGN or can I have them stay where they are in NY....and have a CGN crash pad?

If you want the $3500, you have to move the family. I'm not sure why the union bought off on this, but they did.

I can't imagine bidding an FDA without the extra money. In fact, I can't imagine bidding one anyway....
