conflict precedence rec rng or vac ext
Contract section 25E2b states Submissions for vacation adjustments (including waiver of vacation buffer for a secondary or reserve line)
section 25E2d states Bids for recurrent training sessions following the completion and viewing of vacation adjustments and waivers, if any
If I want to expand my vacation inside June bidmonth (now Jun13-21- expand to knock out (54 hrs of R days perhaps 4-22 jun) how do I put that in the conflict window and see that I get it, and then bid for recurrent training all in the confict window? Or was I supposed to put that expansion in the May conflict window?
i.e. Can I assume that my vacation extension will get processed as requested, and my bid for training will fall outside of this vacation block?
Thanks in advance

You didn't need to do anything with that vacation in May.
I had the exact same situation in May and it worked out well with R-days, vacation and training. I was left with a single R-day for the month.
So, bid whatever works for yourself in June. It sounds like you will get a R line. After the bid closes, slide your vacation to cover the most important days. With R, there will be 48 hour buffers at the beginning and end of the vacation period.
Then, the computer will ask if you want to expand your vacation. It will tell you the max number of days you can expand. You then will tell it how many days you want to expand. Note: this expansion isn't about what date the vacation starts or ends on. It is just the number of days. So, if you have a 7 day vacation, your max expansion will probably be 3. You get a plain text box to explain your goals and your desires if they have to rebuild the remaining R-days. Keep in mind, they are usually short on bodies at the beginning of the month, so if you ask them to put the days at the front end, they are usually all-to-happy to oblige.
The recurrent training bid opens on the 12th. You can put in for your training bid then. Remember to also put the negative numbers (1001, 1002, etc.) in the preferences. They can't put your training on any R-days that were knocked out by vacation.
