Fed Up!

I'm generally a reasonable man, with a high tolerance for irritation; But the frustration level is beginning to become intolerable.
Why does it seem that everything the company does is an attempt to make our jobs harder than easier?
Unilateral changes to deviation policies, accepted fares, scheduling practices, and now how we log on to the website. Are they intentionally trying to build ill will amongst the pilot group or just an unattended consequence of a culture bent on tightening up?
I just want to do my job. I don't want to pay out of pocket for the privilege or be unreasonably inconvenienced to do so. Fed Ex, please quit screwing with me!!!

No telling how many man hours it took the FDX programs to create a more sophisticated way to log in to VIPS and it took our pilot programmers ONE DAY to figure out a work around so their programs still work

I was curious what his opinion was, and asked him what he thought. I think he summed it up superbly.
"At FDX, we are pretty screwed up. But you guys are REALLY screwed up'"
'Nuff said.
