"O" used words that he could have easily left out. He went out of his way to throw flowers on LK. Sounds like at least some in management really liked his style.

Gunter,

Initially I didn't see your question mark at the end of your comment. In that regard, we've had some rather good ACP's who did elect to return to the line, without being asked to.
