UPS Nepotism
Is there any chance that UPS will relax or get rid of their current nepotism rules in the near future?
Why are they the last to hang on to this, and how does it benefit the company? |

Time-management (taken to extremes), anti-neptism, management through intimidation, promotion exclusively from within (even when better talent from the outside can be had), abhorrence of "new" ideas, etc... Rumor has it that in a couple of decades they will be updating to 1980's style management, but nobody here is holding their breath. :rolleyes: |

There is famous saying here at ups.
I work here so my love ones don't have to and if that means anything to you then stay away and apply across the state where they value thier employees as an asset rather then ASS it.:rolleyes: |
