We are between hiring pulses now as well as chief pilots. Our old chief pilot oversaw a lot of resources devoted to the hiring process. How much the new guy changes is a guess. But the old guy said a rec was not required.

I wonder how much the legal department was driving some of the changes vs. the chief?
