Without legal training, you wouldn't even know the appropriate questions to ask. You wouldn't know anything about procedure or precedence. You wouldn't know poor representation from adequate representation. I do not doubt Albie's sincerity, just his ability to recognize poor legal representation over a period of time versus our former rep who does have the requisite knowledge and experience.
Nice logic. Not sure where it is coming from but I never stated or inferred that the entire world is more credible than a lawyer. I am simply stating that just saying someone is means nothing! If it does to you, then so be it. We have plenty of engineers that fly here. I sure bet they will be happy to tell ya that now, it is by degree only.

By your logic, you couldn't have had poor legal representation because the Alpa lawyers were credible. They had legal training, were taught the appropriate questions to ask, and know procedure and/or precedence. Or does that only apply to your "lawyer"?

I am sure they do lots of good work for lots of good guys. And the vague contract language is not their fault. But...
