Don't forget to mention all the beautiful Nordic women (who love cargo pilots) and the 100lb King salmon that leap from the Ships Creek into the waiting angler's hands. Oh, and the free beer nights at Humpies and F Street. KEEP ANC SENIOR! so that I may keep my lower 48 job just a little longer.

I believe you forgot to mention our large hands. The measurement of the middle finger to where it touches on the hand is usually in the area of 9-10 inches. And you know what they say about a man with large hands.........large gloves.

Seriously, I loved Eagle River. But then there was a hot tub and a hot blonde she-pilot involved (RRrrrgh!). Buying wasn't an option, most of my time was spent in the bush, but sure did enjoy the off time in Anchorage!

Dang, I think I might have to move to Alaska and bring all of my single women friends with me! We don't have many men like that in San Francisco. 
Sounds like a great destination for a single gal's trip. With all of the single available women around here, I could put a package together called "Playtime in ANC" and it would probably sell like hotcakes.

LOL... yup. You and your g/f's could well be the center of attention wherever you wanted to be!
I think it's because to be there, it takes hard work, sacrifice and a clear vision of what a one wants, but the girls I've met up there seem to have it together. Just my opinion. They seem to have more to offer a guy. No couch potatoes or high maintenance cream puffs!
