Default FDX: Global Travel Pin??

When did this happen?

And does anyone know what password they use for our "pin"??

I have a VIPS pass and a HELP code and neither work. Ive never set a pin code. Has anyone else?

Edit: Update. Sched is aware of the problem and said they can't even get ahold of global travel.

sky, VIPS main number was doing the same thing 2 mornings ago. You couldn't get past the "enter your employee number and your PIN followed by #" prompt. No idea what is going on...

Just another attempt to secure our most secret and valuable computer data. Who knows what sort of chaos would occur if someone could look at passenger schedules!!!!!

I just logged on successfully to Trip Manager, through the PFC link. Seemed to work fine.

I think Sky is referring to calling Global Travel on the phone.

I thought it was referring to a tie pin you got if you went around the world or something.
