Default FedEx-more w/e layovers

Just a quick look at a coupld bid packs and it looks like some trips that used to be double DH with MEM hub turns during the week are becoming W/E layovers. I heard Delta was cutting flights out of MEM. Is this the result of that?

Somewhere, there's a bean-counter out there that is very happy that the blame is being shifted to Delta......

Save a penny, as long as the $100 cost is not assigned to your cost center?

Read latest SIG Notes...I believe it also has to do with the BLG buy ups.

There is a "sunk cost" in the buy ups, so paying crews more CHs for a week-end layover isn't actually costing them anything, and they save on the DH tickets.
