Default User does not exist on PFC

Anyone else been locked out of PFC with "user does not exist" on the GRID response? Who do you call to resolve PFC issues?

Double check that you typed in your employee ID correctly.

Are you perhaps based in HKG?

I just posted the same in the Jetflyers/Facebook. Last night, password management said my account had been deleted during a routine audit because my manager had not responded timely to confirm my account. Still trying to work with Admin to get it resolved. Gonna be a fun day on the phone to MEM.

Just confirmed same thing. Had to call Flt Ops Admin and add my name to the list. Please no one take the good Open Time while we are locked out!

I think you have been locked out since 2008 if you still think there is good Open Time on PFC.

Crew lounge Word is... Apparently the Fleet Capt's didn't Have the training our old ACPs did and they didn't do nor knew how to do the approvals required so a bunch of people got kicked off the system and it's AFU now. They will probably put a FCIF out that no one can read because they are locked out explaining what to do...lol. Oh yeah and it's not their fault.

Locked out of the company computer system?

Is this why we had to vacate the lockers by May 1st?

Look at the bright side ... last night, there were not enough hub-turn sleep rooms (good thing that we still have our lockers).
